Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content
- The course must not have been purchased with a promotional discount exceeding 50% off
Subscription Refunds
For subscription-based services:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds for the current period may be granted on a case-by-case basis
- No refunds will be provided for partial months
How to Request a Refund

- Your account email
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Certificates of completion
- One-on-one coaching sessions after they have been delivered
- Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
