We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content
  • The course must not have been purchased with a promotional discount exceeding 50% off

Subscription Refunds

For subscription-based services:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds for the current period may be granted on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@skillfull.ca with:

  • Your account email
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Certificates of completion
  • One-on-one coaching sessions after they have been delivered
  • Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
